Well sure enough, the page loaded fine with Google Chrome. Anyway, I uninstalled IE7 to get back to IE6 and had no problem accessing it anymore. I hope this resolves the problem permanently.

First, try disconnecting and reconnecting your computer from the internet, or turning the wireless on your computer off and on.
