I had the ethernet working in a Mint 12 image, but now all I get is a failure to connect via wired in v17. Loading... Did I cheat? Except for one thing. It is worth it. Linux Mint No Internet Connection I tied Ubuntu 12 [selected the wrong image, oops] and it's doing the exact same thing - it tries to connect for about 30 seconds and then drops out with "has If its very new, newer drivers (ie a newer kernel) is usually the fix. Thanks so far.
