I have searched this model for some support documentation but unfortunately I find nothing. The tiny red LED at the top right of the keyboard flashed for a second or two, and then it came back to life! I also routinely beat the keyboard with my fist or other blunt objects, and the only visible result is that a tiny piece of the casing broke off.
