If that all looks good and your trailer lamps use old-school bulbs, check for corrosion, looseness or damage in the bulb socket. Some tests require a test light or a Volt/Ohm meter (VOM), but you may not need one initially. I checked any fuse that said "Tow" and they all look ok. On my 2010 Shorelander trailer(single) the lights worked fine since Feburary. It looked fine, but I changed it anyway. Check the ground or white wire connection to each lamp.
