Lenovo Port Replicator Not Working

up vote 0 down vote favorite I have a Lenovo x240 with Lenovo USB 3.0 Dock (port replicator) and Lenovo Ultraslim Wireless Keyboard and Mouse. I can unplug and re plug the KB and MS but being IT Desktop Support that is not the answer I want to give nor is it what my users want How can we improve it?
