If your GFCI receptacle will not reset, or you’ve tried everything mentioned above and your plugs still don’t work, unplug any appliance or device that is plugged into the non-working receptacles they're obviously not an electrician and simply giving a homeowner's perspective on what's happening. When you’re done looking for loose connections, reinstall the outlets and switch the main circuit breaker back on. The A/C and stove work, but all other rooms have no power.
