Spell check started working after I restarted my machine and Outlook. Tom This is sheer genius. The program does not find errors at all. I am delighted your fix works so I won't have to go through that again.

Maybe Outlook 2010 64-bit does not like Eng/Aus Spell check? Just Rename the “HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Shared Tools\Proofing Tools\1.0″ to zz1.0.
